About the opportunity

Within our growing European and Middle East Growth and Sales team, we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Business Development Leader to help identify, develop and win the biggest programmes and projects in the industry.

Role responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to work with and influence Executive Leaders
  • Able to lead teams within a fast-paced environment
  • The following experience would be beneficial but not a necessity:

  • A diverse sales background and evidence of business growth
  • Knowledge of how major programmes and projects are delivered
  • Current knowledge of industry trends in major infrastructure delivery or similar
  • Experience of implementing a recognised sales process
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, risks and opportunities
  • Knowledge of contracting approaches for major programmes, and the associated risks
