Lead Support Worker
Full Time
Farnham / Surrey
Driver Is Essential

Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are members of the Great Places To Work programme 2019, 2020 & 2021.

Are you experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities? Join our innovative team based in Farnham where you can lead by example, enjoying an excellent training programme, strong career progression – and deliver outstanding support through the unique ‘Activate’ model, proven to make a measurable difference to people’s lives and your professional satisfaction.

Dimensions are supporting 5 gentlemen in their own home with a variety of complex physical needs, as well as learning difficulties, autism and epilepsy so candidates must be comfortable with high levels of hands on support work. They all require personal care and support with daily activities including accessing the local community in which they enjoy getting out and about, socialising with family and friends. We provide 24 hour care and support so shifts will include earlies, lates, sleep ins and waking nights on a rotational basis – a flexible approach to working hours is key.

We are recruiting for a female lead support worker who has a full UK drivers licence and is comfortable with driving an adapted minibus.

“Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.”
