Job Description

Inside Sales Account Manager

Salary : £20 – 25k per annum + commission & benefits

Hours of Work : 9am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Role

  • To achieve sales in line with sales targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain effective methods of communication with the customer base, line manager, team members and all internal departments, adhering to pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits.
  • Ensuring the client data base is maintained.
  • Ensuring all customers within your section of the client data base receive at least one effective sales call per month and that the customer continues to spend with us whilst within our area of responsibility.
  • Be able to deal with queries effectively and dispute resolution
  • Ideal Candidate will :

  • Ideally have a proven track record in a telesales account manager role
  • Be self-driven and results orientated with a positive attitude.
  • An understanding of the principles of salesmanship and negotiation in particular in the field of Inside Sales/Outbound Telesales.
  • The ability to sell and negotiate.
  • The ability to make a high number of quality outbound telephone calls in line with agreed targets and objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding sales environment
  • Be an excellent communicator who can build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliable and determined in attitude, assesses own performance and strives to exceed.
  • Be confident in making decisions and have excellent resilience
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel systems.
