The Innovation Manager will be responsible for researching new technologies and ways of working to improve service users’ experiences and will work with stakeholders and partners to develop the product or service.

The Innovation Manager will be part of an expert team and will also work alongside the Business Development team to scope out new products / services and our Operational teams to identify where innovation could improve current services

Key Duties:

  • Conducting in-depth market research to inform product/service design and development
  • Designing, developing, and launching new products/services

  • Experience of working on digital product/service innovations
  • Experience of working with external developers
  • Experience of managing innovation projects
  • Experience of following formal project management processes and protocols
  • Good level of technical (IT) knowledge
  • Excellent research and analytical skills

  • Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders

  • Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working in the health and wellbeing sector
  • Experience of working with external subject matter experts
  • An understanding of financial, contractual and risk management methods
  • Excellent oral and written communication with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly in formal written communications to a very high standard
  • Experience delivering complex information to teams in presentation and/or training sessions
