About the role
In house Resourcer/Researcher & Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Open to location
An exciting opportunity for a Researcher or Resourcer to join an in house talent acquisition team supporting the UK Odgers Berndtson Executive Search business in their talent agenda.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
Talent Portal management
You will be a skilled researcher or resourcer, able to engage with potential talent for our business by selling our EVP. Besides strong research capability, we will consider potential so you don’t need to have done all of the responsibilities listed above. We are happy to develop the right individual. Our target audience is competitor search and recruitment firms, so you could either have experience in one of these firms, or with a recruitment to recruitment organisation.
