CareCall is Warrington Borough Council’s personal alarm service which enables more than 3,600 residents to a maintain the freedom of independent living in their own homes. The Care Call Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. It is a busy multi-functional service answering and responding promptly and efficiently to incoming emergency calls/lone worker service, out of hour’s customer service calls and the provision and monitoring of Telecare equipment.

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative CareCall Team Manager to join the team and you will be joining us at an exciting time in our development as we further expand our services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of shaping integrated Health and Social Care working with partners to improve outcomes and experiences for those living with frailty in Warrington. We are well on our way in achieving integration of the CareCall service with our Urgent Community Response team, delivering integrated Health and Social Care crisis response provision to the residents of Warrington.
