Specifically, we are looking for an ICAM Officer who will be responsible for administering and supervising a range of income collection tasks in the Council’s Income Collection and Management Team.
Consequently, you will need a range of skills and experience including:-
This varied and challenging role requires a keen commitment to team work, exceptional communication and customer care skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will also possess excellent I.T. skills and be proficient in the use of Office 365 applications.
