We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is customer focused and committed to delivering modern and effective services.

Specifically, we are looking for an ICAM Officer who will be responsible for administering and supervising a range of income collection tasks in the Council’s Income Collection and Management Team.

Consequently, you will need a range of skills and experience including:-

  • The ability to supervise a team that is responsible for collecting Parking Fines and arrears of sundry income.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills to enable you to effectively administer and supervise the Council’s Collection Team.
  • Excellent I.T. skills to utilise the Finance systems that are used to manage the Council’s income collection processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to enable you to liaise with a range of Council Services, customers, and external organisations to assist with income collection.
  • This varied and challenging role requires a keen commitment to team work, exceptional communication and customer care skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

    You will also possess excellent I.T. skills and be proficient in the use of Office 365 applications.
