Job Title:  HRIS Analyst – WFM Project – 12-month Fixed term contract

Base Location:  UK Flexible – This is a remote position

Salary: Up to £33,000

Here at Serco our HRIS team ensure the effective maintenance of our organisational and people data for c23,000 employee records – and we are currently recruiting for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join us and help support in the delivery of our Workforce Management Project. In this role you will support the Workforce Manager Project implanting the Time2Work rostering tool across multiple sites and update SAP HCM Employee data and org structures to interface to Time2Work system. You’ll also play a key role in resolving day to day system queries raised by customers and provide HR systems and data advice to project teams and the business when required. What you’ll need to do the role  

Firstly, you’ll need experience using SAP HCM PA and OM modules in particular and experience working with a Workforce Management Solution/ Time and attendance rostering system. Experience using reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex is highly advantageous as is experience with people data (HR & payroll). You’ll have an understanding of employee terms and conditions and HR legislation and excellent stakeholder management skills. Lastly, You’ll have a good understanding of common HR processes with a track record and sound knowledge of HRIS solutions and utilisation of this in a complex multi-site, multi-national matrix type business environment.
