We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our HR Organisational Change Team
You will provide a wide range of administrative support in a flexible, efficient and effective way to a small team of Senior HR Advisers and Team Leader, who deliver a range of HR organisational change projects across four organisations.
For this exciting and challenging role you’ll need excellent organisational, communication and IT skills enabling you to produce high quality work across a range of Microsoft O365 applications and bespoke IT systems. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is highly desirable. You’ll need to be self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills, as well as an understanding of HR principles or have a keen interest in learning and developing within this area. Able to use your own initiative, capable of working under pressure and to deadlines. Experience of working in a highly confidential setting is desirable.

However due to current COVID restrictions the Organisational Change Team are currently working from home, appropriate IT equipment will be provided.
