The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of a HR Generalist role in CPS East Midlands
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to operational management teams on a wide range of HR issues to improve staff engagement, performance, attendance, conduct, health and well-being, including the handling and preparation of Occupational Health (OH) Assist referrals, organisational change and managing redeployment etc.
You will be involved with promoting the use of Oracle HR, as well as providing training and advice where necessary.
We are looking for a committed individual who will deliver a customer focused service to all staff and managers across the whole range of human resources functions by identifying, addressing and escalating as necessary, issues of noncompliance with relevant HR policies.
CPS East Midlands are looking for an experienced candidate with a background as a HR generalist, ideally working within a unionised environment, as well as someone with experience of managing staff wellbeing.
The HR Generalist is responsible for line managing a small team; there is a limited requirement to travel, however, you will be expected to travel between offices when the need arises.
