What you will be doing

The position of head of Sales Team manager is to support and drive the overall Experis UK Staffing business through the individual performance of your team. You will be leading a team of 3+ where you will be reporting into the Regional Manager. The role is designed to support in your regions growth whilst feeding into the overall UK professional staffing strategy. This role will require the focus in on the developing of not only your people but also your team’s client base. Personal GP targets can be achieved thought self-billing along with winning business for your team.

What we are looking for ?

  • The Contract Manager has a strong track record in the Contract Recruitment Industry
  • 5 years plus contract recruitment experience
  • Solid operational experience and demonstrable track record Excellent people management and experience of managing large teams
