What are we looking for?
You’ll be a true leader to advance our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) agenda (known internally as TogetherBeyond) across our UK, Europe and Middle East (EMEA) operation.

The role carries the responsibility for the development and implementation of a data driven, metric focused I&D strategy (and associated programme) across EMEA. We need someone who has experience of successfully leading change in this area in a large global organisation. This person will be a strong influencer and leader and have a track record of developing and implementing a strategy with demonstrable results, working with others to achieve objectives through their teams.
