About the role
We currently have an opportunity to join our Grounds Maintenance team where you will provide high quality grounds maintenance services for our properties across Wiltshire.
You will carry out general maintenance of public open spaces – grass cutting, hedge trimming, clearing leaves, litter collection, planting, pruning and seeding. You will be using the full range of tools and equipment including powered hand tools and light plant. You will also ensure that all communal areas are kept clean & tidy, graffiti and litter free.
Previous experience and knowledge of amenity horticultural operations including grass cutting, shrub pruning and hedge trimming is essential, as is the ability to juggle varying duties and priorities.
You’ll be customer focused and a good team player but also be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.

As you’ll be travelling across our sites you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible with a full driving licence, preferably with Categories B + E and C1 + E trailer qualifications, although this is not essential, and use of a private vehicle.
