On Call Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location: Potters Bar HQ / Home working
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 dependant on experience
Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week
As a result of the continued growth of the Caretech Group, we require an out of hours Recruitment Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing requests for temporary agency staff from our care homes across the UK, there are no sales involved as this is an internal recruitment operation.The role is based on a flexible rota, working hours will vary depending on the needs of the service. Generally our out of hours team cover 6am-9am & 5pm-11pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays/Sundays 6am-11pm. The department is fully functional 24/7, 365 days a year including bank holidays. This role is partly office and home based during unsociable hours and weekends.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Experience and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in either an out of hour’s service or in a fast paced recruitment department.
Excellent communication skills
Good computer and data entry skills
Enthusiasm, drive and be self-motivated
Be able to multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Must be extremely flexible and able to work unsociable hours, weekends and bank holidays including Christmas.
