About the Job
Grade: PO4 £40,869 – £43,860 pa
The purpose of this role is to achieve improvements in dealing with combustible cladding and other fire safety issues on high rise blocks in the private sector within Newham; primarily via advice, negotiation and enforcement. To carry out monitoring, reporting, inspecting and enforcement activity where required, in order to achieve team objectives and to deliver private sector housing outputs for the Private Sector Housing Standards Service as directed. You will provide a framework for interventions aimed at dealing with fire safety issues and the impact on health.
