Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference – we are looking for females to join our team of Support Workers in Farnborough and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.
The Dimensions team is supporting a lady who lives in her own flat and requires round the clock support from our dedicated team, who assist with both her physical disability and learning disability. The ideal candidate will have experience in care or support work (including personal care), be familiar with the use of wheelchairs and have a friendly, outgoing personality with a keen interest in bonding with the lady we support. Shift patterns will include sleep ins, early starts and late finishes. This role will require lone working so candidates must be proactive, driven and comfortable with lone working while supporting someone with complex needs.
A full time contract is 37.5 hours per week and the rate of pay is £9.12 per hour. Please note we will only be accepting submissions from female candidates.
