Our Facilities Management Team deliver a suite of services to approximately 5000 staff based in 40 office and drop-in sites in Hampshire. You’ll be joining a team of competent, reliable and professional individuals working to support high quality services provision that our customers have come to expect.
You’ll be based at the Police Investigation Centre in Portsmouth delivering a wide range of services including mail management, office services to include placing and requesting orders for stationery and janitorial supplies, maintenance of resource rooms, dealing with cleaning services, and any health and safety issues. You’ll regularly take delivery of a number of different items and equipment and using manual handling will relocate for safe storage. You’ll also assist with the monitoring of Contractors, organise conference room bookings and assist in the evacuation procedure in the event of an emergency.

Confident and dependable, you’ll have some experience in a similar role. You’ll be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate a real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a range of situations in a positive and professional manner. You need to be flexible and available for work between 08:30am and 5:00pm in order to support the working hours of the site.
