Our Vacancy

The role is dynamic and varied with the principal purpose of providing efficient, effective and professional support to the Leadership Team at Fendercare, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and time management is optimised. This will involve a broad range of tasks to facilitate the day-to-day running of the business and the longer term strategic planning activities. Principal Accountabilities

  • Providing critical administrative support and where required pre-empt and support the end task through the administrate role to the Leadership Team as reasonably required
  • Coordinating calendars and arranging meetings, taking the minutes and driving through the actions to completion across the Leadership Team and with the wider Fendercare community
  • Supporting the smooth preparation, completion and follow-up of any meetings, in particular management meetings and off-site strategic meetings
  • Monitoring and supporting where necessary with, training, induction process and HR related tasks
  • Conducting research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting
  • Coordinating space and office organisation, and special projects
  • Suggesting more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Reviewing and recommending changes to our company policies
  • Coordinate the Management of Change Procedure (MOC)
  • Supporting any visits to Fendercare and maintain a consistently professional and welcoming presence to any external visitors
  • Coordinating the travel itineraries of the Leadership Team as required
  • Managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence (both written and verbal) as necessary
  • Maintaining a professional and organised office environment, supported by the Facilities Team
  • Other Tasks

  • Ensure a general understanding of all areas of the FC business and wider group capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with company SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required
  • Qualifications, Experience and Behavious

  • Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making
  • Exceptional team player with a natural ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communications using personal effectiveness to get desired results
  • Extensive experience in administrative support
  • Experience in travel logistics (including an appreciation of international travel)
  • Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to change in the business
  • Ability to handle high pressure, intense situations and handle them calmly
  • Excellent reporting to the Senior Management
  • Business acumen
