We are currently recruiting for one of London’s leading retailers, that are fully in the Christmas spirit!

This is an exciting opportunity to someone with Events experience to support with the daily management of the Christmas events in store.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting & greeting all Christmas personnel, ensuring that everyone is in character, on time and dressed in their costume.
  • Organising all Christmas talent on site
  • Setting up workshops and preparing all necessary paperwork
  • Helping customers with any event queries
  • General adhoc support on the ground

Candidates applying to this role MUST have previous event management and logistics experience.

You will have excellent customer service skills, excellent communications skills both written and verbal with the ability to multi task.
