    We are looking for an Employ Me Caseworker to work in the Southport area on our Employ Me Services. Our programme offers a wide range of benefits, helping people with learning disabilities:

  • You will work across the Southport area, directly supporting SEND learners, working collaboratively with, and generating referrals from, educational providers, Job Centre Plus and support agencies.

    You will work with learners individually and in groups (online and face to face) to agree and develop plans and activities which will take them closer to paid employment.

    You will need the ability to work on your own initiative. Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with learners, employers, educational professionals and parents/carer is essential. The ability to maintain accurate and up to date records using IT based systems is also required.

    This is a full time post (37.5 hours a week) funded to 31st August 2022.

    All candidates offered an interview for this role will need to provide evidence of their GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at interview stage or prior to interview stage.
