What you will be doing
We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to work with our senior stakeholders and develop a communications strategy.
You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the organisation to build and deliver engaging employee change communication plans and content to drive clear understanding and buy in of the H&S communications and Engineering and Asset. This is a key role and you will be supporting the departments transformation of Thames Water through helping build a new culture based on powerful storytelling; developing key messaging aligned with overall company purpose, priorities and values and aligning Digital communications with wider business communications internally and externally.
We’re looking for you to:
- Have a strong track record of communications and campaign handling, and come from a background within internal communications or a communications consultancy.
- Support the development and delivery of communications, ensuring that they are fit to purpose and regularly reviewed to fit and meet business requirements
- Proven experience in producing content in a variety of formats, especially video creation, digital and print
- Work and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including external agencies, and being the liaison point for projects and campaigns
