With headquarters in London, the client serves an international community and is taking on an eCRM Marketing Manager to help expand the value of its offering to customers. Bringing your expertise to the table, your work will be integral in acquiring, engaging & retaining subscribers, and building out effective communication strategy across the wider business

The Role

As eCRM Marketing Manager you are trusted with development and execution of the email communication strategy. You are responsible for increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention, utilising & continually monitoring the effectiveness of ECRM techniques. Championing best practices, you will help define optimal communication strategies and work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of KPIs.

Key Duties Include

  • You will measure and report performance of all eCRM marketing campaign
  • Identify trends and insights, optimising spend and performance
  • Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across email channel & customer touch points
  • Maximise sales conversion by improving the customer journey
  • Manage the ECRM marketing budget, ensuring optimal acquisition costs while following financial processes

The Candidate

  • You are able to demonstrate strong understanding of email marketing strategies and tactics
  • You can identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • You are experienced in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Able to manage client relationships with great communication & presentation skills, backed by your confidence in data analysis
  • Detail oriented, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
