The role

We are seeking to appoint Distinguished Research Professors in the area of Management with a particular focus on Human Resource Management and Leadership. These posts are primarily to support research activities in the Business School. The post holder will be an innovative researcher with a strong and current record of research funding and high quality international publications. Therefore, the post holder will be a leading international figure in their area of research.

The post holder will support a dynamic team in developing and delivering research. They will be expected to celebrate the latest thinking in their areas of research. The post holder will support world class research and work with existing faculty to develop their research capacity. These appointments will be partial appointments. Post holders will be expected to spend some period of time each year working with and collaborating with UEBS faculty and aiding the development of the research culture within UEBS.
