What you’ll need
Three A-levels (or equivalent) at Grade B or above, including at least one numerate subject (obtained or predicted), plus two GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths at Grade B/5 and English Language at Grade C/4 or above.

How long? 3 – 4 years
What you’ll do
In the first 18-months, your focus will be on developing a solid grounding in the data and technology space as well as getting to know Rolls-Royce. Your placements could include working on a corporate IT project (we’ve just introduced a global, cloud-based HR management system), being part of a data innovation ‘cell sprint’ (a multi-skilled team that delivers fast-paced projects) or helping our business units to develop future opportunities through design or supplier partnerships.
Then you’ll start to specialise. With the grounding and skills you need, you could go on to become a Solutions Analyst, a Business Analyst, a Cyber Security Specialist, a Data Engineer or a Data Analyst. Wherever your apprenticeship takes you, you’ll be helping to embed a digital-first culture by putting data and technology at the heart of our business.
