If so, you may be interested in our opening for a Development Manager based in Farringdon, London on a full time, permanent basis.
You’ll be based at our modern, vibrant office in Farringdon, the buzzing yet cultural area of London which is centrally located and easy to access via various means of transport. However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.
Working within the Development team, the Development Manager will be responsible for range of development projects across a programme from feasibility to completion.
You will be expected to develop projects that are high in value through our governance cycle that establishes project KPIs in terms of financial performance and operational performance.

What we need from you
- Strong, extensive and proven background in a similar role
Full understanding of project management principles
- Full understanding of risks with capital management
- Manage and develop stakeholder plans
Understanding of construction contracts
- Results orientated, organised and methodical
- Qualified to degree level of equivalent
