The Role:

Based in Chandlers Ford, our service aims to enable adults with a Physical disability to engage in meaningful activities and to establish a valued place within their community.

You will be supporting people to engage in activities of their choice, out in the community and in the centre alongside others. You will follow a key principle of having a person centred focus and encouraging individuals to lead their own support. You will get great satisfaction from joining an excellent team of staff engaged in working with an amazing group of people. The role will cover fun, recreation, socialisation, learning and lots more. You will also be providing person centred support to people who need help with things we take for granted such as personal care and communication.

You’ll likely have some experience of enabling and providing care, but most importantly you’ll share our commitment to supporting people. You’ll be a strong team player, with great communication skills, including some IT and recording skills.
