An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator within the Estates Department at the University of Bath.

The role is varied and interesting and we would like to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our small team on a full-time basis.

You will need to be well organised, with a strong administrative background and preferably experience within a facilities management environment or similar. You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a common sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgement. The ability to constantly re-prioritise workload in a reactive environment is a must.

A high proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel is required. Training will be given in use of University specific software (Archibus, Agresso) which are requisite for the post.

Core hours are between 8.00am and 5.20pm and scheduled amongst the team, so flexibility is important.
