In this role you will provide a high quality administrative service to customers, internal and external within the Criminal Justice Traffic Department (FPSU), working within the National, Force and Departmental guidelines. This includes all aspects of the Officer Issued Tickets, Fixed Penalty and Camera Detected Offences processes, including the administration process of driver education. 

You will need to have a good standard of education and recent experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment together with proven written and verbal communication skills. The ability to use your own initiative and problem solve within a team environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential together with proven time management and organisational skills.

Must have capability to travel to different locations across the Force and undertake all assignments in a timely manner, being available to work some evenings and weekends, where required. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason, a full UK driving licence is considered essential. 

Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Total working week is 37 hours (full time).

Week 1 – Monday to Friday 8-4

Week 2 – Monday to Friday 9-5
