The role will also work with the wider Continuous Improvement Team to support with any relevant Continuous Improvement activities and projects. To ensure this role is successful the Continuous Improvement Executive will need to quickly build up strong relationships with Operational teams, as well as other support functions, such as Compliance, HR and L&D. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the running and management of continuous improvement projects utilising the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Support Operations to implement and use quality improvement tools and processes, including observations of delivery (remote and face to face), Participant journey checks, feedback surveys and Management Information. 
  • Analysing trends from quality and continuous improvement processes and supporting Operations in the sharing of best practice and driving improvements. 
  • Support the wider Continuous Improvement team to manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes. 
  • Support Operational teams to analyse Management Information to identify trends in delivery.
  • Where applicable deliver training, coaching or support sessions (remote or face to face) to Operational teams to support the understanding of quality and delivery requirements of the programme.

    Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of delivering group and/or one to one training and/or IAG. 
  • Experience delivering high quality written materials using MS Word, briefings, reports, guidance documentsthat are clear, accurate and concise.
  • Intermediateknowledge of MS Excel, data manipulation, pivot tables and data presentation. 
  • Ability to work under pressure with short timescales.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Educated to degree level. 
  • Understanding of quality improvement activities. 
  • Experience of PublicallyFunded employability service delivery, either from within a government or local authority team or function or contracted service.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage. 
  • Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of using Lean Six Sigma with a Yellow or Green Belt qualification. 
  • Teaching or training qualification (level 3). 
  • Experience ofthe Governments Welfare to Work sector.
