You will provide an effective and proactive caretaking service, in order to maintain excellent conditions of living for residents as well as, to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Duties of a Community Caretaker:

  • Work to an agreed daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule, ensuring that any nominated patch is cleaned to agreed standards.
  • Report any instances of graffiti fly tipping or bulk rubbish on the Estate to the Estate Services Supervisor and arrange removal with the Caretaking team as necessary.
  • Carry out daily visual inspections of play areas and ensure that any noted repairs are reported to the Estate Services Supervisor.
  • Manage and maintain simple records of inspection, repairs or bulk rubbish clearance as directed.
  • Report any untaxed vehicles to the Estate Services Supervisor.
  • Assist estate based contractors with access and information as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents or visitors to the estate and assist members of staff with information on the estate as required.
