The Digital Change Team is pleased to be able to offer a six month secondment to support the next phase of digital innovation across the trust. Do you want to work with frontline clinical teams to develop confidence and skills in the use of clinical digital systems? Then this secondment is for you!The successful candidate will support the use of CareDirector across the trust, working with a portfolio of clinical teams to embed best practice and identify areas of potential innovation. You will be supported to run pilot projects to assess the usability and effectiveness of upcoming features and ways of working. You do not need to be an expert in using Digital systems but you do need to be willing to learn and teach others. The key skills required are those of relationship building, facilitation and innovative clinical practice. The Digital Change team is a small but enthusiastic group of clinicians and administrators who have many years of frontline experience across different clinical settings.
