What is a Casual Residential Service Officer you ask?

There is an opportunity to join our friendly and supportive care team in our long stay learning disability residential home, Homewood Care Home.

Our service aims to enable adults with a learning disability to engage in meaningful activities, developing communication resources, participate in living in their own home and support with their daily needs including personal care.

We are looking for someone, who can work flexibly over 7days a week to take responsibility for leading shifts, organising, and prioritising daily tasks, delegating to others when appropriate, supporting role to maintain support plans and maintaining records relevant to working in a long stay residential home.
