We have an opportunity for a permanent Capital Analyst to join our Actuarial and Analytics department. You will report into the Capital Manager and be responsible for undertaking actuarial analysis on capital modelling projects.
This role includes responsibilities such as supporting the capital modelling team in delivering Lloyd’s Capital Return and Head Office reporting, supporting the team in delivering analysis and strategic projects, developing documentation of the syndicate capital models in Remetrica and assisting the development of management information to communicate the implications of the results of the capital modelling.
The successful candidate will demonstrate awareness and comply with the relevant rules and regulations in relation to financial crime and conduct, be highly numerate with good insurance knowledge, have knowledge of statistical theory and capital modelling methods. Knowledge of Python, R, SQL or other relevant coding languages is beneficial.
