Business Support Co-ordinator

This role requires a bright and resourceful business co-ordinator who can deliver effective, specialist and appropriate support to the relevant teams and Partner practices within the LMBU (large and medium business units) London catchment area. This role would suit a graduate with confident communication skills, strong Microsoft office ability and ideally previous process improvement experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide diary management for Business Partners including scheduling meetings.
  • Produce documents to a professional standard using Microsoft packages such as word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data collation and analysis.
  • Producing and updating governance documents.
  • Project co-ordination.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
  • Organise and co-ordinate workshops and similar events including production of meeting material as necessary.
  • Group training session arrangements.
  • To assist with Reception cover if necessary, providing a professional and consistent welcome to all visitors and callers in line with our standards.

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable skills in supporting performance management, data analysis and problem solving.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and coordinate workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Support delivery of the organisation’s mission, vision and values.
  • Special Requirements :

  • Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required to attend team meetings or Business events.
