The Adult’s Health & Care Brokerage Team are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and dynamic team player to fulfil a role as a Brokerage Officer.
The Brokerage Team, part of the wider Brokerage & Billing Teams, sourcing residential and domiciliary care services on behalf of our Community teams for Older Person and Physical Disability (OPPD) service users who have been assessed as having eligible social care needs. Brokerage also create, amend and end all financial provisions for OPPD, Mental Health and Learning Disability Teams.
The Team have daily engagement with Operational Teams, including Acute Hospitals, Reablement Teams and CART, as well as external stakeholders such as Care Providers and Service Users/Representatives.
