    YTHFM are looking for an approachable and flexible Administration Assistant to join our team in Scarborough.

    The working pattern for this role is one set day per week (set day to be agreed with the successful candidate) of 8 hours between 8-4:30 – 7.5 hours could be considered.

    Main duties of the job

    The role will work alongside the admin team to provide a professional and reliable support service to the Estates and Facilities teams on the East Coast. The post may require working from various offices. 

    You will primarily be responsible for;

    1. Providing administration support to the Estates and Facilities department, ensuring all compliance documentation is recorded and stored in line with Trust/LLP procedures

    2. Ordering of stock and supplies through online systems and receipting of goods 

    3. General administration duties such as telephone enquiries, filing, letter writing and photocopying

    4. Where necessary, provide administration cover across sites on the East coast for example, Bridlington

    5. Counting of monies, receipting of cash, emptying vending/coffee machines

    6. Use of a ‘Helpdesk’ system for logging work request. Booking in Contractors via online system.

    DBS Checks

    Please be aware that all new employees starting work with us will be charged for the cost of their DBS check if it is required for the role. The cost will be deducted from your salary either in 1 payment or over a six month period once you start employment. By applying you are agreeing to this undertaking.
