We’re looking for an associate agile delivery manager to help manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering one of the largest technology projects in Europe.
You will help lead the strategic design and implementation of an Identity Access Management (IAM) solution that will support in excess more than 30 million active citizen accounts. It will extend to incorporate capabilities such as identity proofing, transactional risking and behavioural analytics.

We’re looking for someone who can do hands-on delivery of projects, seeing them through from end to end, managing delivery right through to live service.
You’ll remove blockers and create the right environment for multidisciplinary teams to succeed.
Day-to-day you will be working with experts in software engineering, business process design, user research, user experience design and policy development.
If you aren’t already, you will become an agile expert and build a culture of continuous improvement with high performing teams.
You’ll need your skills as a persuasive communicator, and be able to draw on your experience of solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done.
You’ll join a thriving community of practice, where you’ll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of other talented, expert Agile Delivery Managers. Together we’ll continue to embed agile into the fabric of DWP and find ways to innovate.

Your salary for this role is from £31, 989 to £34,285.
If successful our offer to you will be based on an assessment of your skills and experience as demonstrated at interview.
Existing Civil Servants who secure a new role on lateral transfer should maintain their current salary.
Existing Civil Servants who gain promotion may move to the bottom of the next grade pay scale or 10% increase in salary whichever would be the greater.
You could based out of either Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield corporate hub locations.
