Job description

We’re looking for someone who can do hands-on delivery of projects, seeing them through from end to end, managing delivery right through to live service.

You’ll remove blockers and create the right environment for multidisciplinary teams to succeed.

Day-to-day you will be working with experts in software engineering, business process design, user research, user experience design and policy development.

If you aren’t already, you will become an agile expert and build a culture of continuous improvement with high performing teams.

You’ll need your skills as a persuasive communicator, and be able to draw on your experience of solving cross-cutting problems to get the job done.

You’ll join a thriving community of practice, where you’ll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of other talented, expert Agile Delivery Managers. Together we’ll continue to embed agile into the fabric of DWP and find ways to innovate.

We offer choices for developing your career in a way that works for you – with opportunities from associate up to potentially director level. We will support you in that journey.

We’re looking at your potential and we’ll help you fully embrace and grow with our range of leadership and development offerings. These include mentorship programmes, sponsoring you to gain industry certifications.
