Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers, with flexible shift patterns.
This role will involve supporting two young gentleman living in there own flats within a bungalow. Both gentlemen have autism and behaviours of concern.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.
The ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.
If you do not have a qualification, you need suitable experience.
You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, (Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.)
During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
