Service Delivery Administrator – Cheshire

12 Month FTC – Full Time

Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to work our AASC contract. AASC offers a range of improvements, with particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system.

This role is crucial to ensure service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes in accordance with Serco’s contractual obligations to UK Visa’s & Immigration (UKV&I), in relation to accommodation (and transport) for service users. You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract to ensure excellent service delivery standards. You will be carrying out administrative duties to support the property directorate. There is a requirement to carry out all administrative activity to include Council Tax processing, Utility invoice processing, Rent payment processing.

This is a role which requires excellent organisational skills due to the variety of accountabilities which also include the following:

  • Deal with vendor queries daily and escalate to Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.
  • Work with the property teams, field staff and utility suppliers to ensure continuous supply of gas/electricity to each unit of accommodation.
  • Ensure accurate information relating to accommodation is uploaded, and continues to be stored, on the relevant IT systems.
  • Process monthly rent run for all properties across both regions.
  • In short you will be a key member of the Coordination team and as such you will have patience and understanding and will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative prioritising and working to tight timescales.

    What you’ll need to do the role

    You will have the ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt.

    Lastly, due to the nature of the role Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required (all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office).
