College Operations – College of Medicine & Health 

This full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role

The role holder will be based in the College of Medicine and Health (CMH). You will be an experienced and well-organised administrator supporting Professors and their wider research teams. This role will be based on the St Luke’s Campus and is part of the Institute of Health Research and Institute of Biomedical & Clinical Science.

This multi-faceted role would be perfect for an individual who thrives on challenge and variety.

You will be expected to:

  • Provide a high level of PA support to the Professors, managing busy diaries, setting up and delivering events along with general day-to-day administrative support to the wider teams.
  • Assist with project management and budgets and have a good understanding of the University finance systems.

    The role will be based in the College of Medicine & Health (CMH) based at the St Luke’s campus. The Medical School works closely with the NHS and health and social care providers to ensure our innovations tackle complex global healthcare needs. This role will provide administrative support to a number of senior CMH professors and their respective research groups.
