We Do What We Say and We Care

That’s why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done and who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.

We couldn’t do the work which we do without the dedicated support of our office-based administration teams. These are the people who enable our success every single day, wherever we’re working and whatever the weather.

The Role

Our Administrators work across the business although they are usually dedicated to a particular team or functional area. That’s what creates the variety. Work priorities and activities may vary depending on where you are based, although the roles are often similar – telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Administrator, with a strong work ethic and high regard for safety and performance, to join our Plant team at our head office in Harefield.

With increasing demand across the Clancy business, you will be a welcome addition to the team. Acting as first point of contact to provide administrative support for Clancy Plant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, notifying the business of any damage to assets, and processing service and maintenance work orders on our ERP system, IFS.

Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks:

• Delivering team administrative needs according to their work priorities and needs
• Communicating with your internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities
• Following recognised administrative processes which need to be consistent across teams or departments

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met. It’s essential that you have some experience of administration although you may have picked this up while studying or through part-time working or volunteering.

Some of our Administrators are more experienced that others, so in some roles there are opportunities for you to develop in the role. We’ll expect accurate Microsoft Office skills and error free data entry, as well as good organising skills and the ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
