Sovereign Automotive is provides outsourced claims solutions to the motor insurance industry. It offers claims handling services, such as third party capture, repair management, first notification of loss, vehicle replacement, credit hire support, and intervention services.

Key Requisites:

  • Acknowledging, monitoring, investigating, and resolving complaints in an accurate and efficient manner. Making sure that complaints are dealt with as per FCA guidelines and that Sovereign are fully FCA compliant.
  • Entering claims from our In House system onto other systems used by our Work Providers within 48 hours of the claim being taken in keeping with agreed SLA’s.
  • Allocating new claims to allow First Notification of Loss reports to be taken and moving claims between teams when circumstance requires.
  • Completing general administration tasks, including sending standardised letters to third party insurers, clients and sources
  • Management of a centralised email inbox and distribution of these to the correct teams
  • Processing incoming post and circulating to the correct department
  • Franking and logging all outgoing post, recorded and special deliveries
  • Taking telephone calls from third parties, clients and sources.
  • Calling clients to take First Notification of Loss reports
  • To offer our services to all clients where applicable and ensure that all sales opportunities are captured.
  • To maintain excellent customer service standards in alignment with SLA’s and business objectives
  • To prioritise continually throughout the day to ensure that the most important claims are being dealt with first.
  • To ensure that you are continually meeting performance related targets
  • To ensure that your own statutory training requirements are met E.g. FCA mandatory training on Drive.
  • Assisting the claims service team and team leader on ad hoc duties as and when required.
