Academy Strategic Operations Manager
Location: Home based, UK location
To provide strategic and operational support to the Academy Director and to the broader Academy Leadership Team to ensure the successful delivery of key objectives. To support the execution of delivery of the development and performance management of our people across the Academy and be responsible for reporting and MI. Represent the Academy at a Field Operations level to provide appropriate alignment and interdependency with Establishment, Area & Corporate initiatives
