ABOUT THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a Workforce Solutions Operations Manager in Derby to have operational management of Onsite processes and assist in achieving all service level and financial objectives within the client contract. You will be leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the on-site team is meeting and exceeding all contractual terms and Service Level Agreements and carrying out their day to day duties
  • Support the contract quality as appropriate, managing service audits to ensure full client satisfaction and to promote and drive continuous improvement
  • Devise and implement strategies to ensure constant development and improvement of the service
  • To measure results against each strategy taking action as appropriate.
  • To work with stakeholders to support with the transition of agency staff to bank workers.
  • Providing reports
  • Measuring results against plan and to ensure short and long term profitability is optimised whilst not compromising on delivery and service
  • Assisting the Workforce Solutions Client Manager to develop and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Encourage and develop the performance of the team by a variety of methods, including role modelling behaviours, mentoring, coaching, knowledge sharing and more formal training methods
  • Develop the day-to-day operation through innovation and benchmarking and implementing a strategy to achieve continuous improvement of the service delivery to the clients
  • Working on special projects related to the account

You will have significant experience in leading, managing and developing multiple teams in a recruitment business ideally with the Healthcare sector.
