An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward manager on Hydref Ward in Heddfan Unit. The post holder will have continuing responsibility for the operational management of the ward, the service delivery of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards of care, medicines management and budget management. The post holder will line manage ward staff and ensure that all discipline appropriate and other core and essential training is completed.
We are looking for a highly visible and engaging Ward Manager to work within the Inpatient Unit who is dedicated to ensuring that the services we provide meet the expectations of the population that we serve.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
