On-site Technician – Home Office

Your Role

We are looking for a Senior On-site Technician to work within our Home Office Team, and the wider on-site Workplace Services team.

Based in and around the customers premises in the Home Office Headquarters Marsham Street Westminster, the Team are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the vital IT tools in use by the Home Office. We are looking for an Engineer to manage and close incidents and tasks within SLA, adhering to all processes of incident, asset, and stock management.

We are looking for an individual with good communication skills in order to present yourself assuredly with all levels of customer, strong organizational and technical skills and someone who is confident to manage and prioritize workload for themselves to meet service levels.

Your experience

Good diagnostic approach – methodical and considered Strong Team-working skills Knowledge of Win10 build basics and installation/ uninstall of software Time management- working to deadlines and able to prioritize tasks for yourself ServiceNow experience Quality control and attention to detail Flexibility
