The Role

:

  • Responsible for raising the agency’s industry profile and responsible for acquiring new business.
  • Responsible for working with the Senior Leadership Team on agency proposition, product proposition, and agency recruitment.
  • Responsible for overseeing the Planning team and the daily activities.
  • Responsible for growing the Planning and Activation team in line with the agency’s growth plans.

    • The Candidate:

  • 7 years plus experience in cross-channel Media Planning.
  • Proven background in Brand Awareness Planning.
  • Experienced in new business.
  • Experienced in managing a team.
  • Interest in making a huge impact on an independent agency’s growth.
