Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Site Manager.

The successful candidate will act as an expert clinical leader that utilises competent professional knowledge and skills and will deliver quality driven safe efficient patient flow management within Ysbyty Gwynedd.

We are a dedicated, professional team, looking for an experienced nurse to join us. We are committed to teaching and supporting staff and are looking for these qualities in a new team member. A strong clinical background is required with evidence of leadership experience.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Provide a high profile visible presence and be available for advice, support and direct assistance to all hospital wards and departments, staff during the span of duty.

To be responsible for the day-to -day operational management of inpatient elective and unscheduled care flow, site/bed management.
