In this role, you will work independently to resolve hardware and software issues with devices whilst being fully supported with all relevant training and over the phone technical support as required. In order to complete your work, you will be provided with a company van, mobile, laptop and full training in order to work autonomously in the field. In this role, you will be required to work within a regional area. This will be centred around Leicester.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to maintain and repair technical hardware issues within customer estates i.e., ATM machines, self-service kiosks and lockers to name a few, as well as diagnose system problems and repair them whilst keeping in line with service level agreements. You will need to provide excellent customer service and always remain professional when dealing with clients, ensuring you communicate accurately between all departments to provide smooth resolutions for our customers.

You will attend training classes to ensure you are capable and confident at fulfilling service levels and you will need to be comfortable working both independently and within a team.

For this role we do require previous experience working on ATMs, vending machines, or other such hardware, and experience in working with Windows based software. You will have come from a customer facing role and must hold a full and valid Driving licence
