You will be involved in:

·Supporting the people engagement agenda and with dedication address results in terms of follow-up and progress against HR scorecard, incorporate key themes from the Network Rail People Strategy, coach and support line Managers on people engagement initiatives.

·Co-ordinating and implementing organisational review and design principles to support our strategic objectives, mitigating IR risks, promoting engagement and embed relevant culture change.

·Working in conjunction with HR Diversity and Inclusion to develop and deliver the D&I strategy, promoting the value and outline the business case impact on organisational performance and governance framework.

·Strategic Partner to the Heads of Professions, act as a consultant or partner, address key HR challenges at an organisational level for the medium and long-term.

·Offer advice and direction to the executive to reduce the enterprise risk.

·Leading and supporting key strategic project(s) which could include talent and succession, D & I or strategic workforce planning.

We’re seeking someone who has the following essential criteria:

·Excellent technical HR Knowledge – ideally CIPD level 5 qualified

·Experience in an HR Business Partner/ Operational HR role working in a large, complex, matrix organisation.

·Ability to operate independently with a wide breath of HR knowledge and good understanding of specialist HR areas

·Passionate about customer service with ability to articulate achievements through business deliverables

·Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions to drive a high performance culture

·Experience of mentoring, influencing and building strong working relationships with all levels of an organisation

·Able to find creative solutions to complex problems

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: Band 3C £53,202 – £59,853 . You will also receive £3270 inner London allowance.
